Can different families, with individually online-booked reservations, be seated together? Yes. These reservations can be booked separately online, but someone must call 855-632-7729 to confirm the combined seating request as seating options are not offered online. A request made the day of travel will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
Reservations with odd numbers of tickets – Parties of 3 must purchase four tickets to have a guarantee of a private seating area or to be seated together.
Discounts are available for groups of 20 seats or more. For every 20 paid for seats, one complimentary seat will be provided.
A deposit of 25% of the total group fare is due 60 days prior to the ride date. The balance is due two weeks prior to departure. In the event travel is booked less than 30 days from the ride date, the total group fare is due upon receipt of the agreement. A credit card will need to be provided in case a check has not been received within the allowed time, or the contact person is traveling and unable to make a timely payment. The deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is canceled less than 30 days from scheduled departure date.
**When booking special events there are no discounts available for groups
Your credit card will be charged for the full amount within 24 hours of receiving your booking. Our cancellation policy is:
- A full refund is given if canceled for any reason 48 hours prior to your ride.
- If canceled within 48 hours before departure, you may rebook to another date without penalty.
- Cancellations outside this policy and no-shows are not refunded.
